Seemyshell (00:01.11)
Welcome to the Official Munzee Podcast.

Rob (00:03.672)
I'm Rob, also known as Coach V, your host and the president of Munzee.

Seemyshell (00:07.579)
And I'm Craig, also known as Seemyshell. I'm an avid Munzee player and I'm here to explore the game further.

Rob (00:12.472)
Each week we'll delve into Munzee's mysteries, divulge some secrets, and inform players from around the world just what is coming your way.

Seemyshell (00:19.608)
So sit back, relax. Today's episode we chat, what? We chat about farming, we're going far. Rob, I hope this is Munzee Farms, mate. What do you mean by Munzee Farming? We'll have to find out.

Rob (00:32.312)
We did Munzee farming in the past, literally. No, we are not going back there again. We've made farm evos and that's about the furthest that we'll ever go into real farming again. yeah, Tamara wrote a funny post on social media about farmer Rob. So yeah, we're gonna talk about farmer Rob and what he's harvested in just a few minutes, yeah.

Seemyshell (00:52.206)
Mm hmm. Mm hmm. there we go. There we go. There we go. Meanwhile, what have you been up to Rob, but before we get into the good old Munzee chat that we love to do.

Rob (01:02.264)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (01:07.994)
Well, it kind of relates to that, which is good. Munzeeworld yesterday, I got out nice Munzeewalk. The weather has changed here where it's actually nice and cool. So yeah, I just got out, did some walking, put some more deploys, kind of filled in some gaps where there weren't physicals, because we're in a new spot in town. So put some of those out.

Seemyshell (01:12.877)
Hmm?

Seemyshell (01:31.522)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (01:33.818)
cap some things that had gone into cruisy mode and, yeah, yeah. Had to get out, honestly had to get out of the house because, yeah, I needed to break up my day based on, what you said on the podcast last week, because you have totally impacted my workload based on your words. Yep.

Seemyshell (01:37.652)
yes.

Seemyshell (01:54.68)
Why? because I said everyone needs to get their orders in, is that?

Rob (02:00.686)
Mm-hmm. Rob's doing the shipping now. Hey everyone, if you're excited or not excited about that, then why don't you just make a bunch of orders and guess what? People made orders.

Seemyshell (02:09.582)
Working harder.

So my understanding, Rob, from last week's chat as well, that yeah, these orders, come as big sheets of stickers and you have to cut them up. Am I right in you saying you have to cut them up? So you're like Rob Scissorhands.

Rob (02:24.922)
Yeah. Hey, you're so funny. You're just setting that joke up. You already knew. 500 micro stickers in one large sheet and I cut them down into 50s. Yeah. So that's, that's the biggest of the sheets. Now there are a bunch of other ones that we've had that were small, big. mean, over the years we've, we've messed with things a lot. But yeah, that.

That's what's been in my world.

Seemyshell (02:55.662)
Wow. Wow. Wow. Anyway, so it's good that it makes you get out, makes you do some exercise, do some walking around, fresh air, sunshine. Well, I don't want to say sunshine because you're in the UK, but clouds, cloud shine, know, fresh air. That's all good. That's all good. Mate. Yeah. I've been kind of doing the same thing except here. I've got the rest of my cubimals, cubimals, cubimals by magnetizing a void mystery this time as well. And

Rob (03:01.434)
I

Rob (03:05.69)
Hmm hmm.

Yeah, indeed. Yep.

Rob (03:19.352)
Mmm, well done.

Seemyshell (03:24.994)
There's a reason for it. you know, you know me, I like to get my information from several different sources, mostly my clan and friends Hills. she does a lot of, experimenting left, right and center. So she magnetized the voids and she loves magnetizing voids because they spit out the, the, scatters and then they scatter onto physicals as well. So not only did I get my cubimals, I think went out and did some walking around and collected up the purple scatter things that land on the physicals.

Rob (03:32.666)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (03:53.198)
and then kept the greenie underneath. there's double caps for the day on that particular greenie. And thus I opened a Q rate crate. So there you go. That's what Sam, that's what Sam. I got my, I got my cuddles and I opened the Q rate. There you go, Sam. I hope you're happy, mate. here he is.

Rob (04:02.074)
Mm-hmm.

goodness. he's rolling his eyes for sure. Yeah, that's a great method. Haven't seen people doing that. Well, I haven't been looking, so that's probably why. I personally haven't done that, so it makes sense that that would be the way. Well done.

Seemyshell (04:17.227)
Mm.

Seemyshell (04:22.008)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (04:29.818)
Exactly, exactly. So again, the big shout out to Hildes for all the her little effort that she does and experimentation that she does as well. And if you don't have a Hildes in your life to do it for you, try to do it yourself. Experiment with different magnets on different types and see what comes up from there. Especially when it comes to these different clan requirements. That's all I'm going to say. All right, Robert, moving on to the weekend that was in the USA. We only had Florida, Minnesota and Missouri and around the world.

Rob (04:57.21)
We had one in Ontario and two in British Columbia, Canada, one in UK, Finland, Netherlands, and in Perth, Western Australia.

Seemyshell (05:07.246)
Exactly. I will say as well about the Minnesota one too. I've got a call out from Minnesota. They call it in Minnesota. They call it a card party because that's the, that's the events where Minnesota don't actually have any games. They literally have the event for the purpose of the cake and the cards. So they call it a car. Makes sense. Makes sense. So everyone knows that they're coming and to go, you know what? We're coming there for points. We're coming there for cake. We're coming there for the cards and that's it. We're not going to be playing different games and whatever else as well. So

Rob (05:14.426)
Hmm.

Rob (05:23.246)
Wow.

Seemyshell (05:33.558)
I like that idea Rob. yeah, again, shout out to the Minnesota Munsias. Exactly.

Rob (05:38.22)
That's a great way to do it. That way people also know what sort of time investment there might be. So it's sort of a come and go type event. Cool.

Seemyshell (05:43.31)
Yes, exactly right. Exactly, exactly. All right, Rob, the leaderboards over the weekend on Friday, had K4Kman on 561,000 points, Eli Soft on 394,000 points, and TC Guru on 352,000 on Saturday.

Rob (06:00.026)
Saturday cap Jack's crew 790,000 toxin at 786,000 and atrous is 001 698,000 interruption toxin. Do you know this name? We're seeing a lot of these names really start to pop up, right? And these are some of them are new names to us. So toxin is a new ish player last handful of months here in the UK, only about two hours away. He's started hosting events.

Seemyshell (06:11.022)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (06:14.69)
We are. Yeah.

Seemyshell (06:22.209)
Yeah.

Seemyshell (06:29.367)
Wow.

Rob (06:29.806)
getting lots of stickers and yeah, so really growing his area, which is really cool to see. And I've seen him posting and talking about both, I think it's on Discord, mainly that he, chat, but just about make an attack on the top 100 type deal. he's got goals and he's moving up. It's really cool to see. So good luck talks.

Seemyshell (06:32.395)
Yeah

Mmm. Yeah.

Seemyshell (06:51.438)
wow. There he goes. Yeah.

I've seen his name as well on the Munzee Monthly Moments. He puts in a video every single month as well. And he has won as well. One of the months too. He got first place in one of the months. yeah, Munzee Monthly Moments. We should talk about that again, Rob, in this episode too, because we need more. We always need more entries. Just saying. The more entries for the Munzee Monthly Moments, the more prizes Rob allows me to give away. saying. So there we go. On Sunday. Do we say Sunday? We didn't say Sunday yet, did we? No.

Rob (07:08.762)
There you go.

We should. Good idea.

Rob (07:24.706)
No, Sunday.

Seemyshell (07:26.094)
Sunday we have Regal on 948,000 points, almost the one million, Vony on 850,000 points and Jeb Big G on 740,000 points. The events Rob coming up this weekend.

Rob (07:42.606)
Well, this weekend we've got one, sorry, Ohio and Minnesota. It's like I was reading that as a town name or something. Ohio and Minnesota in the US and in the world we've got Quebec, Canada, two in Germany and one in Victoria, Australia.

Seemyshell (07:59.554)
There we go. And don't forget run through these quickly. Big events. have Dorset England on the December 7th, a 24 so far. That's a new one on the big events coming up. And this is also a new one as well, because this person reached out to me. Robert said, Craig, can you mention this one on your podcast or on the podcast? Because he's got a, he's got a sales pitch as well. It's on the Christmas at Bantok on the 14th of December. It's in the UK. The 17 attendants there so far. his sales pitch is this.

The weather is probably going to be terrible, but it's a really short route and there will be mulled wine and gingerbread. And it's also a December desserts event as well. So there you go. The mulled wine and gingerbread should get you over the line surely. No, no, no. It's the UK. Everyone in the UK knows what the weather's like anyway. So that's okay. In January 16th and 19th, we have in Florida five events, the Munsey Mecca.

Rob (08:42.826)
Right, I'm sold but that's the reason not the weather part. I love it, it's great.

Seemyshell (08:57.242)
Munzee quest and block party January 25th and 26th in Sydney, Australia. Munzee madness in California, March 8th and 9th, May 3rd. it's growing in Uranus Rob, just saying because this one here has got 25 people now as well. So there you go. Shout out to Munzee in Uranus. May 24th is Munstock. And then what's this interrupting cow that you've got written here?

Rob (09:17.762)
Moo. don't you know that joke? The old knock knock joke interrupting cow moo. Yeah, anyway. Yeah, so I wanted to talk about Munstock real quick.

Seemyshell (09:21.474)
No.

Seemyshell (09:25.902)
that's why you're interrupted. fair enough. Yes. Go ahead.

Rob (09:29.846)
Yeah, I wanted to say a little something about Munstock. I was listening to this other podcast actually just a few minutes ago while I was doing an extreme amount of shipping work. And it's called Treasures of Our Town. I don't know if you're familiar with it. Yeah, yeah, hosted by this weird Aussie dude and Josh the geocaching vlogger.

Seemyshell (09:40.686)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (09:44.497)
I've heard of it. Yeah, I've heard of it.

Seemyshell (09:49.964)
I know. And a weed American dude. Yeah, that's either one.

Rob (09:54.946)
Yeah, they're the ones. So anyway, yes, your other podcast, which is always entertaining. And so you guys were talking about adventure labs and, you know, you tie in a bunch of geocaching stuff. You do talk about Munzee every now and then as well, which I appreciate. Thanks very much. But it's all about travel and lots of fun. You do mention the adventure labs that are going on around Munzee stock in particular, actually, Geo Woodstock. But

Seemyshell (10:03.79)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (10:20.345)
Mm. Mm-hmm.

Rob (10:23.82)
what I thought was kind of cool. And so if there are people out there listening to the Munzee podcast and you're still trying to decide, you know, about trying to get to this event, which is going to happen in West Virginia, why not come and listen to Josh and Craig doing a podcast live where you're going to have my understanding of this, an adventure lab that will be live.

Seemyshell (10:46.904)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (10:49.812)
only during your podcast and the answers will be given as you're talking, which is super cool. I'm sold. I haven't booked anything quite yet, but you know that my plans are to be at Munstock. So everybody show up. There's going to be a lot of badges. I can tell you that much. There's going to be a lot of points. And anyway, that was my little quick sales pitch about two things, your podcast and about Munstock. So everybody get there.

Seemyshell (10:57.176)
Yeah.

Seemyshell (11:04.152)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (11:07.894)
Yes,

Thank you, Mike.

Seemyshell (11:18.742)
As the event. Yep. Perfect. Perfect. Exactly right. And if you don't know, if you want more information, then yeah, go over to Treasures of Our Town podcast and you'll hear more with Josh and I talking about it as well. meanwhile, we have June 7th and 8th in Ohio hosting the SOS. And again, if you're a host, you know, with an event, reach out as a, as the guide. I didn't even put his name in. should just put his name in. I forgot. I do apologize to him anyway, but mulled wine got me. Mulled wine and gingerbread. That's all I, that's all I really read Rob, to be honest with you. All right.

Rob (11:46.094)
I'm gonna look it up right now and if you'll give me just two seconds then everyone else interrupting Cal what not. Yeah, you go ahead.

Seemyshell (11:48.333)
There you go.

There you go. Well, while you're looking up, while you look up, while you look it up, this is, some, some things that happened from last week. So I've got another message from night night wood, last week. What you got it.

Rob (12:03.072)
You know who it is. It's Toxin. I actually I had a thought and I was like I this is why I want to check because I have a feeling it's Toxin. So we talked about him and then you read about his upcoming event except we don't even know that it's him that we're talking about. So yes get there people.

Seemyshell (12:14.2)
Wow. Wow. Wow.

There you go. Toxin, well done. He's doing everything right in the Munzee world, just saying. So there you go. All right, Rob, from last week, Nightwood reached out to me and he said, hi to you both. Really enjoy listening to your weekly podcast with the boss. This week you mentioned the Mach Man from Perth, Australia. He's my nephew. Moved out to live in Perth many years ago. He got me into this great game back here in the UK. He caps your POI daily, that's mine. He caps my POI daily.

Rob (12:27.48)
Yeah, yep.

Seemyshell (12:51.04)
As I say, but a bit of info that for you, that he deployed the very first Munzee in Perth and it's still there. So there you go. The mark man was the OG of Perth, Australia. And if those people who don't know where Perth Australia is, it's on the west coast of Australia. It's pretty much like, it's like LA to New York compared to Perth and Sydney. Like it's pretty much the same distance away from each other. And so yeah, so Perth WA the, the capital of Western Australia and he's the OG. So.

Rob (13:00.036)
Wow.

Rob (13:04.418)
well.

Seemyshell (13:20.0)
Shout out to the Markman, still going, still going Rob. Yeah.

Rob (13:22.156)
Way to go. I like nightwood. He's a nice guy. I'm hung out with him here

Seemyshell (13:26.722)
There you go, there you go. All right, Rob, we're gonna talk now. Listed here is your Farmer's Rob's Sticker Harvest. Harvest, Harvest. What's going on, Rob? What's this all about?

Rob (13:34.938)
Isn't this great? Like I said earlier Tamara one of our team members came up with a funny social post because all that I had said is Hey guys, I've come back from Florida with an insane number of stickers We've had some of these stickers for five years some of them for ten years some of them for you know, a few months

I would like to try and get these stickers in the hands of the people because they're not doing much here in my house other than taking up space. So let's see if we can move them. And so we decided, yeah, let's do that with a 25 % discount. So I set up a special collection of stickers that are in the online store. I believe it's called clearance stickers. Pretty tricky.

Seemyshell (14:11.438)
Mm.

Rob (14:33.966)
It is an automatic discount. So people don't even have to, you know, put anything in, but it's 25 % off those specific stickers. It does not include the micro sheet, the 50 micros or the 50 nanos. So those are what we will consider like the, the, the basics. Those two are the basic stickers and the rest of these are urban camos.

Seemyshell (14:57.262)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (15:01.07)
They're mini urban camos and they are pre-coded is what I've called them pre-coded generic stickers. So it's things where we coded a sheet of diamonds or a sheet of rock paper scissors, which is actually a really cool one because it is circular, has a rock paper scissors symbol around it and the QR code in the middle. Hotels, actually the hotels have sold out. Bowling, urban fit.

Seemyshell (15:16.344)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (15:21.208)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (15:30.106)
All the zodiacs those types of things. So anyway, I've put together a very special deal on those I've already discounted the prices massively on the pre-coded generics and then we're giving you 25 % off like honestly the the the deal that people are getting especially on the pre-coded generics is Unbelievable so

Seemyshell (15:30.392)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (15:40.002)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (15:46.435)
Wow.

Seemyshell (15:50.67)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (15:55.928)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (15:57.036)
The people who have been around for 10 or 12 years, I'm certain that a lot of those people have quite a few stickers laying around. So is this sale for them? Well, only if they want to average down what the cost of their stickers from, you know, seven years ago are. The the majority of the people who I see the orders coming through for are the players that are newer. They've come on in the last year, two years, four years while these stickers were full price. So anyway.

Seemyshell (16:04.12)
Yes.

Seemyshell (16:07.704)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (16:11.991)
Yes.

Rob (16:26.638)
I've got a bunch I'd really, really, really love to get them moved on into the hands of players so that they can go out on the map and grow the map. The shipping is also special about this because I'm going to be in Florida next week visiting my son, a trip that had been planned out a while back. so yeah, back there again, I'm going to be doing the shipping from Florida on Monday.

Seemyshell (16:34.254)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (16:45.518)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (16:49.07)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (16:56.396)
of these orders that are coming through for anyone in the US. So they will come quicker to the people in the US than if I ship them from here. Everyone else all the way around the world, I'm shipping them out as they come in every day. So anyone who ordered on Tuesday, shipments going out on Wednesday, for example. So anyway, that's all the piece that I can think of about all that.

Seemyshell (16:59.117)
Okay.

Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (17:16.174)
Perfect.

Seemyshell (17:21.73)
No, that's right. So a few questions are Rob. So you basically you're saying this isn't the normal generic micros that we get on a sheet of paper that we cut out ourselves. It's not those, is it? No. These are ones that, that they come, they're like, as you said, they're pretty, what do you mean by preloaded? That means that they've already got the type on there. So they've already got the rock paper scissors on there. So you don't need that, that, that little credit in your, in your inventory.

Rob (17:30.563)
No, no.

Rob (17:44.172)
Right. These are the type of stickers that when you scan them, you deploy one of these pre-coded stickers. You do not have the pop-up that says, you like to convert this to something else? Because it's already been converted. However, they are generic. So if you purchase these, you can share them across a family. You can share them across, you know, a clan, whatever it is that you wanted to do.

Seemyshell (17:53.102)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (17:57.632)
Yes, because it's already converted. Okay.

Seemyshell (18:05.677)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (18:09.024)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, they're not linked to your account.

Rob (18:13.986)
Right, so this also matches up with some of the things that the event hosts that are purchasing the very, very special deal that Lou is offering to those who are hosting the Christmas events or the December events. Those are, they have an opportunity to get some things that are old school stickers. We've found quite a few old school stickers. So I've actually put those into the event host.

Seemyshell (18:26.902)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (18:35.84)
Raj. Mm-hmm.

Rob (18:43.098)
packages first and then basically a lot of stuff that's left over. Yep. That's to the players. So you can get it directly. Yep.

Seemyshell (18:44.28)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (18:50.486)
There you go. Another question there, Rob, by the sounds of things though, you're getting literally, you're getting rid of all this old stock and with the idea of not, not doing more of these, is that right? You're not going to do any more. Is it my, it's that's what I do. See, that's what I do. so people, what I'm saying that for is that, know, yeah, if they want these preloaded and they're preloaded. if what you still don't know what that means, basically

Rob (19:03.232)
What? That's reading between the lines, the lines of the blog.

Seemyshell (19:19.63)
Normally you pay for the sticker as a generic sticker by itself that you can load anything on. You then pay for the credit for these particular items. So you pay for the rock paper scissors, you pay for the the the fit Munzee, you pay for the mystery, whatever it is. So you're not paying those two prices. It's literally one single price and it already comes preloaded ready for you to go. And once they're sold out by the sounds of it, there's not going to be any more preloaded stuff. So this is going to be a generics only idea.

sounds of things reading between the lines.

Rob (19:48.666)
I don't have any plans to reprint these jewels, rock paper scissors, hotels, bowling, urban fit, zodiacs. I don't have any plans to do that. So yeah.

Seemyshell (19:55.284)
No. No.

Seemyshell (20:01.462)
And it makes sense, Rob. It makes sense because when you can actually just get literally a sheet of plain old generic codes and then convert to whatever, you don't need to have them printed out as their individual ones because I mean, there's some cases here. And I mean, let's be honest, you can with these as well. You can replace the sticker with these, but why would you? Because you're going to waste the credit. You know what mean?

Rob (20:14.33)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (20:23.578)
Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah.

Seemyshell (20:27.278)
But that's what I mean. So why would you need to preload stickers anymore? I mean, that's, that's old school, Munzey by the sounds of things. Am I, am I wrong in saying that?

Rob (20:35.724)
No, it is. You're exactly right. Excuse me. At the time that we created these stickers, so many of them that we printed, we printed a lot because they were selling well. And then as we talked about over the last couple of weeks, it's been a slowdown on the purchases of physical stickers. So we've had just a large inventory that's been sitting around. And like I said,

Seemyshell (20:42.723)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (20:48.035)
Yeah.

Seemyshell (21:02.808)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (21:04.376)
It doesn't do us any good for it to be sitting around. So instead, a lot of these stickers, you're getting five of them in a sheet for less than the cost of one. And that's the pricing that I put because I wanted to move them. And then until Sunday, we're giving you a 25 % discount. huh, this doesn't even make sense. Exactly. It really doesn't. Other than the fact that

Seemyshell (21:06.316)
Yep. Yep.

Seemyshell (21:13.998)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (21:27.726)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (21:33.59)
what you did last week made me have to do so much shipping that I'm like, you know what? I want to get this over with. I want these stickers out the door. So please, everyone, please help me out.

Seemyshell (21:35.616)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (21:41.927)
You can tell, you can tell, you can tell Rob, you don't give a ship. Just saying. There you go. Anyway, have, I have been seeing on social media posts as well though, that there's some, some of the resellers out there, either what the gold, was it golden coins? Dalen Barbot space curse. They still may have some.

Rob (21:47.642)
Indeed. Over this ship-ing.

Rob (22:03.812)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (22:07.154)
Items left over that they are getting rid of to a certain degree I do feel but that's only they're in store You can't order that stuff online from them anymore. It has to be in store only I believe

Rob (22:16.598)
It's Golden Coins pulled his stock and shut down his store online. Space Coast Geo store still has products available online and Northeast Geocaching supplies, NEGS as we call them, still has some stock available online. They've mostly been promoting in the Munzee UK groups.

Seemyshell (22:19.448)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (22:23.682)
Mm-hmm, yep.

Seemyshell (22:28.342)
Okay. Okay.

Seemyshell (22:40.065)
Okay.

Seemyshell (22:46.419)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Yes.

Rob (22:46.446)
because shipping locally is what they've specialized in really over a long time. So yes.

Seemyshell (22:51.926)
Yes. Okay. If that, if that's the case, then people, if you're in the U S go to a Dalen bar store and see what they've got left and see what you can actually snuggle up for pretty cheap ideas, say as well. or if the new UK go to the next store and snuggle up what you can before it all goes. Cause once it's all goes, it's gone and it's gone for good. You're to have to then literally teach Rob a lesson by ordering more plain old generic stickers in the sheets and then doing the conversions yourself. So there you go.

Rob (23:03.001)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (23:19.634)
Exactly. Yep. As far as I can tell. Yeah, as as I can tell. Check back next week because like with each of the resellers, because I have a feeling that Space Coast may end up with a few more things that I might have found as I was sorting. So yeah, so check back with them and with NEGS. Yeah, just continue to watch.

Seemyshell (23:20.85)
Exactly. And the Australian one, think that's all together closed now, is it? The Australian one? You're not sure? Yeah.

Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (23:37.837)
Mm-hmm.

there you go. So they'll update their website. Yep. Yep. I will say, I will say Rob as well, and this is outside the realm of geocaching, outside the realm of Munzee hunting. that is congratulations to Dale and Barb too, as well. The week, the week after the Munzee Mecca in Florida, the very next weekend after that, they've managed to get a block party.

Rob (23:58.618)
Mmm.

Seemyshell (24:06.914)
for geocaching going in the same area on the space coast as well. So a big shout out to them and Rob, I'm going to stick around. So I'm going to be there for the Munzey Mecca and then I'm going to stick around for their block party as well. Why not? Why not? See, so there you go. Big shout out to Dale and Bub. Good job. So what, if you don't know, if you're a Munzey player, you don't know a block party next year in geocaching terms is actually a mega event, but it's just a, so they're having a mega event in the week after down there as well. So get down there for the Munzey Mecca.

Rob (24:07.172)
Cool.

Rob (24:17.326)
That is, that's great.

Rob (24:31.108)
Yeah.

Seemyshell (24:34.828)
get all your geocaching, get all your Munzee, get everything you want from them that weekend. And that way then if you're staying for the next weekend, the block party, you can just really relax and enjoy the block party. So there you go. Anyway, yes, big shout out to Dale and Bob. Good job, good job. All right, and now, yes. Yep, yep.

Rob (24:44.772)
Great plan.

Rob (24:49.108)
In terms, got one more thing just moving on sort of to the next piece because it kind of ties in is we, what this year we're going to have a black Friday sale and then we're going to have some different products that are available via a cyber Monday sale. So in the past, we've kind of started to lean toward cyber Monday sale and kind of ignored the black Friday sale. However, at this point in time, the way that things are

Seemyshell (24:58.913)
Okay.

Seemyshell (25:04.842)
Seemyshell (25:09.966)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (25:14.072)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (25:17.656)
looking, we're doing some planning and I think we're gonna have a couple of different offerings for different groups of people based on the play it your way style. So take that.

Seemyshell (25:18.776)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (25:29.982)
Nice, nice. So look out for that people, the Black Friday sale and also then the Cyber Monday sale as well. Awesome. Awesome Rob. So what else is coming up next as well? What else do we have? What else do we have?

Rob (25:40.43)
Well, there is something post worthy that's coming on Friday. However, I'm not gonna well, yeah, everyone just needs to watch the post and just, you know, read read the post. That's what I have to say.

Seemyshell (25:59.032)
By the post you mean the blog.

Rob (26:01.46)
yes. Yes. Yes. That. Yes. The blog post. Yes. I would never I would never do that to you. But this does come out after the podcast releases. And so for those of you who are listening before the post comes in, then, you know, what do you think it is?

Seemyshell (26:05.378)
So are you holding something back again, Rob?

Seemyshell (26:22.528)
Is that a hint? Is he giving hints there Rob? No?

Rob (26:24.846)
No, I don't do that, never. And no one ever figures out my hints, do they, in advance? No one.

Seemyshell (26:28.462)
Well, it's, easy for me because I'm actually looking at you, this podcast, I can actually see you and you're winking at me for people. People come on. If you can't read between Rob's lines and yeah, if you're listening to this before midday, Monday, HQ time on Friday, then you've got the heads up. You have the special heads up. So there you go. Look out for the post. I mean the blog this, today. there you go.

Rob (26:38.646)
WHAT?! I would never.

Rob (26:53.476)
Hahaha.

Seemyshell (26:55.63)
All right, Rob, we're going to move on to the Munzee question of the week. This is a bit of a long one. Okay. So get, get ready. This is from Diana Marshall on Facebook. And she asked, there's been a lot of chat about wishing wells and the inaccessible locations of many of them. The original auto deployed ones have now been out for over six months. I have been traveling extensively over the last few months and have seen hundreds of wishing wells with zero caps, which indicates to me that they are likely to be inaccessible positions.

and they block new wells from being added within a proximity without a support ticket. In brackets. And this is unlikely to produce the timely response for travelers and adds unnecessary work for Munzee HQ. A suggestion slash request would be, can any wishing wells with zero caps be auto-archived to clean up the map and free up the locations for better placed wishing wells? Rob.

Rob (27:46.234)
I know this is shocking to you, but there are people who don't listen to the podcast out there in the world. And anyone who travels should be listening to this. If you're driving, why aren't you listening to us? Anyway, I feel like we've kind of gone over the whole wishing well thing. So if anyone else is interested in posting, here's Rob's official answer. Whenever this sort of topic comes up, feel free because I get what everyone's saying. However, the initial

Seemyshell (28:02.957)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (28:09.294)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (28:15.704)
reason for putting the wishing wells out had nothing to do with all of you that are current big time players that travel all over the world. It had everything to do with giving someone out there new players something on the map and the map was flooded in lots and lots and lots of different places. So we did some cleanup. I would say that assuming that that something with zero caps on it

is just because it's inaccessible, might be a bit far, because we know that there are not players everywhere around the world. So of course there are gonna be zero caps on things. And so, no, we are not going to go through and clean up all of the wishing wells with zero caps. That will not be happening. Instead, as I've said many times, if you find an inaccessible wishing well, then please send us a ticket with the link.

and we will either archive it or we will pull it out to the nearest road. Apologies to those travelers who end up with those inaccessible ones. But yeah, this is the way we've chosen to deal with it.

Seemyshell (29:26.413)
Mm-hmm.

Yep. Yep. That's fine. So yeah, exactly right. So yes, sending support tickets by the sounds of it. in, in the post Diana basically said, look, you know, adds unnecessary work for you guys. But then again, that's, that's, that's your job too. Like, let's be honest. So, you know, it makes, it makes sense. Yeah, it makes sense. It makes sense. but it is saying that as well, other people have said on the water cooler on this post itself, cause this post was on the water cooler. Other people have said on there, saying that, how long does it take if they, they're in an area.

Rob (29:42.008)
It's why we have a support team. Yeah.

Seemyshell (29:58.55)
And they don't have any wishing walls around them for instance, or whatever. And they send in the link and people can do that by going to the camp hub. The camp hub is the front screen, not the map, the front screen where you see Cappy on the right hand, bottom corner above the Muns decks in the background, like in the very back, you see the little wishing well in the back. That's a button people you click that button and that will, that will send in a ticket to Munsie HQ to say, I want a wishing well right at my location where you press the button.

is where the well is going to be placed. Am I right Rob? It sends in the link exactly where you are.

Rob (30:30.26)
Yes, some of them and some of them are automatically approved. It depends on your location on whether it gets automatically approved or if it does go into sort of a POI approval pool. Yeah.

Seemyshell (30:37.908)
Seemyshell (30:41.346)
Mm-hmm.

Seemyshell (30:46.744)
process. Right, right. makes sense. Cause that was one of the other questions was how long does it take to become approved? So yeah, if you're in an area where there's nothing around, then it's a possibility where it's going to be approved automatically. So it's an auto deploy. otherwise it needs to go through the pool and that timeframe Rob is what, up to a day or two days.

Rob (31:02.488)
Anywhere from seconds up to 48 hours. If you do it over the weekend and it goes into the pool, we're not going to be approving them over the weekend. That's just not, we don't have that person. Yes.

Seemyshell (31:07.234)
There you go. Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah. So anywhere between two seconds to two days. Anywhere between two seconds to two days. That sounds good. That sounds good. All right. And don't forget, as Rob just said, yeah, if you find one that's inaccessible, yeah, send them the link. Send the support to get a link and they'll either archive it or they'll move it to a road. nope.

Rob (31:24.922)
Yep, you will not be upsetting us because this is work that I am telling you we are going to do. So not a problem. Yep.

Seemyshell (31:34.334)
Mm-hmm. There we go. There we go. All right, Rob, we're running out of time, but very quickly. Now Munzee tip of the week. This one's from me and I did this tip right at the last minute as you were writing your notes. And that is as Rob has done this week, people get outside, no matter what temperature it is near you, get your greenie walk in. It's the sunshine or the cloud and rain, the fresh air and that nice walking pace that puts you in a better frame of mind. And that's

That's for all of us, Rob. That's for every single one of every single person or animal out there. Fresh air sunshine is best for your mental health state. Put you in a better frame of mind. Make sure you come back to work and cut more stickers up. Am I right, Rob? There you go.

Rob (32:16.858)
It worked for me yesterday. can tell you that and and Lou's excited about the sunshine of Florida next week because we don't see it all that often, right? So, yep, that's what we're doing. All right.

Seemyshell (32:24.096)
of course. Exactly. All right, Rob, there goes another official Munzee podcast.

Rob (32:31.534)
Thanks for joining us on this Munzee adventure.

Rob (32:40.212)
And remember, Munzee is more than a game. It's a worldwide community of mobile game players.

Seemyshell (32:45.582)
So keep scanning, keep discovering, keep that Munzey Spirit live up. One, two, three, sticker on. yeah, we were right. You did the same as me. Wow.

Rob (32:49.69)
Sticker on... We said the same word. Stickers!
