Craig (00:01.024)
Welcome to the Official Munzee podcast.

Rob (00:03.392)
I'm Rob, also known as Coach V, your host and the president of Munzee.

Craig (00:07.368)
And I'm Craig, also known as C-Marshall. I started as an avid Munzee player, now proudly part of the team.

Rob (00:12.962)
Each week we'll delve into Munzee's mysteries, divulge some secrets, and inform players from around the world just what is coming your way.

Craig (00:19.64)
So sit back, relax, today's episode, Rob, there's not actually much to talk about in today's episode, but there's more coming up in the very near future, we'll say that. Rob, it is so hard now knowing that there's things coming up in the future and I have to literally bite my tongue and I can taste the blood. Rob, how have you done it all these years, mate? How have you done it all these years?

Rob (00:42.402)
You know, I think that's one of the things that everyone has always hated about me most is just the vagueness, right? Because I would just drip little tiny bits and that's because there's so much happening across the entire team that can't be talked about. And yet it's so close and it's so close. I want to talk about it and now so do you. I'm so excited to have someone to share that.

Craig (00:50.818)
Yeah.

Yeah.

No.

Craig (01:08.162)
Yeah.

Rob (01:11.566)
burden with. Welcome to the vague and you at the end everyone, if there's still a little bit of time, maybe we'll have a couple of vague conversations and see who can fill in the blanks. Ooh, there you go. I like it.

Craig (01:17.965)
Yeah.

Craig (01:24.11)
We can have a vague off, a vague off. I like it. I do too, mate. I do too. It's funny. Mate, yeah, so what have you been up to in the last week since I've spoken to you last?

Rob (01:36.75)
Well, know, just trying to lose as many points in my lead as possible, but I'll let you tell everyone about that. Honestly, I thought like, man, I got a good opportunity here. So we're getting out of town. We've had a couple of cycling options. And so we spent a couple of days over the weekend in Winchester.

Craig (01:41.07)
that is is happening.

Mm-hmm.

Rob (01:58.702)
I got lots of points on the road on the way there and a couple of different roads. then on the way back, because it was her driving, then yeah, I can get more. Sunday, she was out on a nice long ride. So I went out on a physical capping and deploying expedition. Actually picked up 31 Urban Fit, which I don't get those very often. mean, this Winchester is covered with them.

Craig (02:02.36)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (02:07.971)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (02:12.685)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (02:17.228)
Wow.

Craig (02:21.162)
yeah.

Craig (02:27.309)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (02:27.578)
Yeah, if you don't like them, you would have to work hard to avoid them. So I got 31. And, you know, for every 15 that you captured during the 24 hour MHQ day, you actually get a physical booster. So I picked up two physical boosters for my gameplay.

Craig (02:33.762)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (02:38.797)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (02:42.958)
Wow. That's a, that's a good tip as well, Rob. Cause things like that happen in this game and they've been put into place years ago and we've just forgotten about them. They've gone on the wayside, you know, it's the same thing. And I just thought of this as well. It's not in the show notes, but, placing photographs on your, your Munsies. Like when you cap a Munsy and put a photograph on it, you do two of those a month and you get a photo card every month.

Rob (02:51.93)
Yeah.

Rob (03:02.305)
yeah.

Rob (03:06.97)
That's true.

Craig (03:07.042)
You know, that's automatic. Some people don't realize that. Or they've forgotten about it. It just goes on the wayside.

Rob (03:12.888)
Yeah, on those bouncers, get that picture perfect card by putting them on the bouncers.

Craig (03:16.488)
Exactly. Putting them on the bouncer, that's all you need to do. Especially like with this month with the amount of cards for Clan Wars, know. But again, in saying that, you put your cards out for Clan Wars and as you level up you get stamps as you level up. then you can redeem for cards.

Rob (03:24.206)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (03:32.216)
That's true. And that... True. That, ladies and gentlemen, was the Munzee Tip of the Week. And now, reversing the order completely, what have you been up to, Craig? How's it going?

Craig (03:39.502)
Yep Well, my diving I've been on the road like actually doing miles Rob doing over a thousand miles since last week well and truly I went from I went from Colby, Kansas I'm on my way to Western New York. So yeah, it's quite a few quite a few miles

Rob (03:53.326)
Wow.

Rob (04:00.694)
That's a few states and a few miles, yeah.

Craig (04:02.07)
A few States. Yeah, exactly. At the moment, as we speak and we record, it's Wednesday as always, and I'm currently in Erie, Pennsylvania. so I've got some work to do today, with the podcasts, et cetera, as well. And my nightly podcast tonight. but yeah, but the best thing Rob as well is that, after Colby, Kansas and after, or after Uranus, we went to Colby, and then on the way back.

Rob (04:10.212)
Craig (04:26.988)
Some players reached out to me and said, have you got time to stop in for some lunch with us, Craig? And, and I had some lunch in KC, Kansas city, and, apparently the home of the best barbecue. is a true, you're a Texan. You're a Texan. KC, I'm telling you, okay. And, they, they're debating within themselves too. So I was there with, I was there with, with, I am Dina and I was also there with, Billy Bickle.

Rob (04:30.606)
Rob (04:34.35)
Bye!

Rob (04:40.088)
Hmm. Debatable, man. Nah, nah, nah.

Craig (04:55.026)
And also DaySleeper. turned up as well. but those players and, even I am Dina and Billy Bickle Rob, they were even in a pickle as opposed to who had the best K best barbecue in KC. you know, so I think Billy Bickle won out for the day where we were. and then, but I am Dina said, no, no, there's another place around the corner. That's, so one's one's better at ribs. One's better at brisket. One's better at pork, you know, that sort of thing too. So they try and spread the love.

Rob (04:57.626)
Hey.

Rob (05:08.366)
Right.

Rob (05:21.678)
Yeah, I don't know if they're don't know if their barbecues is more of dry rub or if they are the vinegar based or if they're more the sweet. See, that's what I was thinking, which means in my opinion, no, thank you. It's all about the sweet glazed, you know, Texas style. There's lots of different styles in all the states. But yeah, I'm I'm on that side. So too bad.

Craig (05:30.626)
Winnie the based.

Craig (05:38.05)
Yeah.

Craig (05:45.792)
If you're from anywhere, anywhere around the rest of the world that doesn't understand barbecue and the way Americans do their barbecue, Rob, they even have it as well. They slap on the sauce with a paint brush. So they literally just put a handful of meat on the plate itself, then slap on the sauces with a paint brush. So yeah, I know, I know.

Rob (06:04.228)
Mmm, that tasty.

Craig (06:07.604)
It was, it was. And I had the brisket, absolutely delicious too. So a big shout out to I Am Dina, Billy Bickle and DaySleeperDot as well. thank you for inviting me. I did enjoy my delicious barbecue. And of course, as always, Rob, it's America. So the size is huge. So I had lunch and I had the same thing for dinner and I had the same thing for breakfast next morning. So I can do that with my van. I've got my fridge, you see. So anyway, that's what I've been up to. Meanwhile.

Rob (06:19.663)
Hmm.

Rob (06:24.11)
Hehehe.

Rob (06:32.826)
That's true.

Craig (06:36.278)
What has the Munzee World been up to over the last weekend? In USA we had events in Ohio, California and New Mexico around the world.

Rob (06:44.9)
Quebec, Canada, UK, Holland, and Germany.

Craig (06:48.702)
And for the leaderboards, Rob, Friday we had Nenzed Kiwi with 275,000 points. the bridesmaid as always, Munzee Prof on 269,000 points. And my favorite name to say, Jaroslav Kas. 249,000 points. Now Saturday, Rob, you've got to say the first name correctly as well. The person who come first on Saturday, you'd have to say.

Rob (07:12.74)
Q22, Q17 with...

Craig (07:14.398)
No, no, no. Q 22 Q 17 with...

Rob (07:19.866)
Sorry Brenda, I tried. 430,000 points, Nightwood with 350,000 points, and Herbie with 344,000 points.

Craig (07:29.23)
On Sunday we had Aaron Sog with 428,000 points, Ridge on 411, and FRLK on 382,000 points. The points different last weekend compared to the weekend before, mainly because of the double point weekend that we had the weekend before. But Rob, coming up next weekend, not this weekend as we speak, but next weekend remember everyone as well, that it is double point weekend again for the big events. Yes, yes, yes.

Rob (07:55.354)
Mmm. Yep. 23rd, 24th, 25th. Big double points.

Craig (08:00.31)
Exactly. That's right. That's right. Now also the events this weekend though, there's two in Florida, one in Alabama and also one in Kansas. Around the world, mate, around the world, what do we have?

Rob (08:12.11)
Hehehehe

Finland, Germany and two in the UK and actually one of them is in Coventry and it's getting pretty decent size. So get your deploys out there. Yep. Yeah.

Craig (08:23.874)
Really? Really, really? Nice, nice, nice. Big events coming up. Of course, Rob, we have to mention again, Munstock May 24th. There is now 60, 60 Willa Tens. I haven't seen numbers like this for a long, long time. So hopefully we'll get some more as well, especially with those co-exist shirts, which we'll talk about in the podcast as well.

Don't forget June 7th and 8th we have two events one in Ohio hosting SOS and also five events on the south coast of England I'll be at the SOS events Rob is going to be at the England events So which team are you on SMS or Rob or both there are both?

Rob (08:59.119)
That's right.

Rob (09:02.586)
It's going to be June. It doesn't even matter at that point because the real Rob versus SMS that's already going to be finished. So it's just going to be back to the boring old real leaderboard chase.

Craig (09:07.135)
that's true.

That's true. That's true.

Craig (09:14.21)
That's true. Yeah. Boring. It's not, it's not boring for me, Rob. And it shouldn't be boring for you. Cause I'll tell you now we didn't, we haven't, we haven't made that announcement. I forgot about it for those people who listening Rob, I can't believe it. I'm going to get back to the, the events very soon. Cause I've got to announce this as well. Rob currently is at 89.3 million points. I'm currently at 84 million points. That means I'm 5.3 million points behind. So what that really means is that I gained, that's right. I gained 700.

Rob (09:17.686)
No, it's actually very fun.

Craig (09:43.138)
thousand points on Rob in the last week. Rob, honestly, it's because of the the highways that I've been driving along. That's right. You drive a thousand miles and pick up seven hundred thousand points. So.

Rob (09:53.006)
Thousand miles will do that to me. Yeah

Rob (10:00.602)
I went one hour away from here. That's how far my drive was. So yeah, yep. It's all fair game. That's how it goes.

Craig (10:11.798)
Yeah. Exactly. Anyway, we have also coming up on July 11th to 13th, four big events in Western New York, Munzee Marathon. Western New York, that's where I am going this weekend. It's a shame that I'm not going to be there. But anyway, but that same weekend, July 11th to 13th, we have five events in the Netherlands as well. September 12 to 14, four events over three days. Munzee Mania in Minnesota. Again, get your numbers in for that.

Rob (10:21.593)
Yeah.

Craig (10:36.302)
January 16 to 18 Munzee Mecca Florida March 6 to 7 Munzee madness back in Southern California and the home of the current world record by cold cracker 7 9 million in one day was in Southern color Orange County Southern California and they had that's where they're back again So if you haven't been especially if you haven't been there Rob Make sure you you you you save up all those blasts you save up all the zeds you save up all the stuff because you're gonna need it if you want to actually crying

Rob (10:51.546)
Woo.

Craig (11:06.328)
crack coal cracker seven with nine million in one day. So don't forget if yeah.

Rob (11:09.986)
It's either that or you better have 24 hours of capping built into your body and your fingers with a bunch of boosters and a lot of gas for your car.

Craig (11:20.94)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah, but there are are gardens everywhere as well, which is really really cool too. So speaking of gardens, Rob, we're going lead straight into this week itself. And I'm going to say straight to the garden section and that is the gardens of the month. Now with the gardens of the month, just a friendly reminder of the rules. There must be 50 pins in the garden itself. And then there must be a P.O.I pin in the garden for it to be.

a Garden of the Month prerequisite. At the same time, Rob, we cannot have any temporaries in there. So we can't have temporary virtuals, can't have temporary, we can't have cards, we can't have potions. So those things can't be in for the Garden of the Month because I have seen a couple, a couple that are in there and they've got cards. So if you've got cards, you have to take them out or take out the cards from your art. So it's up to you what you do from there. So Rob, any other questions you have or any other comments you have about the Gardens of the Month? So far they're looking pretty good.

They are looking pretty good.

Rob (12:18.894)
I haven't looked at them yet. I've been thinking about gardens a lot though, but I haven't been looking at the gardens of the month.

Craig (12:20.632)
Yeah.

Why have you thinking a lot about gardens?

Rob (12:29.334)
I don't know, let's talk about war, shall we?

Craig (12:32.278)
War shore. What is it good for? There we go.

Rob (12:34.49)
Absolutely nothing whenever I'm not winning. So let me share the bad news. Okay, let me share the bad news with everyone. Sorry if I blew out any speakers and eardrums there. Rob versus SMS. The war is going on and as of Wednesday, May 14th, Rob, ROB, the Republic is losing to the Squadron. man, come on.

Craig (12:52.59)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (12:58.06)
Yeah... Yeah...

Rob (13:01.601)
645,000 to your 687,000. Now, I would just like to real quick throw it back to the first handful of days, right? The first five days, we were getting some comments about there was a lot of social chat about, oh no, the flat robs and flat Aussies, totally not fair, there's so many more. How you like it now, everybody, because this.

Craig (13:04.928)
Yeah.

Craig (13:11.566)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (13:18.274)
Hehehehehe

Mmm.

Craig (13:27.662)
It was. And it's funny too Rob because I had to bite, I had to do you, had to bite my tongue. People were privately messaging me saying, Craig, how can you handle this? Because you know, all the flat Rob's versus the flat Ozzie's, there's thousands of flat Rob's and hardly any flat Ozzie's because yours is brand new. And I was holding my tongue saying, it's okay, it's okay. Knowing that.

Rob (13:28.602)
This was planned now, wasn't it? Oh man, oh man.

Rob (13:37.476)
Yep.

Craig (13:53.354)
Knowing that people were going to be out there with a scatter event that came through as well, which everyone enjoyed the scatter event. The badges look great, Rob. I love the badges. they look really, really cool. So yeah, May, May. Yeah.

Rob (14:01.962)
May 8th. Yeah, May 8th, man. That starting then, mate! That was great. A lot of fun with the scatter event. Gotta say, I didn't complete all of the scatters because, well, I didn't cap a whole lot of flat Aussies. People weren't deploying them around me for one thing. And for the other thing, I might have been looking to not cap them anyway, just so that...

Craig (14:20.482)
I wonder why.

Craig (14:28.334)
Ha

Rob (14:31.93)
Rob, stay closer to SMS on the leaderboard. That's how it goes.

Craig (14:35.374)
That's fair enough. Now, if you think to yourself, well, this is the first time I've heard about this Rob versus SMS wall, what's it about, et cetera, et cetera. We're talking about the Mechs as well. There's brand new Mechs, the chess Mechs that are out and you can still jump on board Rob. You can get the Mechs from the actual store now, get your Mechs now and depends on which pack you get, depends on which name you follow on your profile. So if you get the SMS pack, you get the SMS on your profile.

get the Rob pack, you get the Rob on your profile. If you get both packs, you get both names on your profile. Now I will say, and it is going to be advantageous. We did say this at beginning of the month. It's going to be advantageous for you to pick the correct team at the end of the month. We did say that. So I'm not letting anything loose. I'm not letting anything by. We did say it is, is advantageous for you to pick the correct team. may get some sort of prize, so to speak, if you are on the winning side.

Rob (15:20.388)
Yeah.

Craig (15:33.064)
SMS Yeah

Rob (15:33.336)
Yeah, those who are hedging their bets by being, you know, Rob and SMS. That's understandable. It makes sense. Some people like green, but they don't want to support Rob. I mean, I totally get it. Whatever, whatever. Everybody, everybody's got the choices, right? Yeah, you don't like blue, but you do like SMS. So you go ahead and support that team. Whatever. Everybody can make their choices. We've got two options for you. It's actually been a lot of fun.

Craig (15:39.134)
Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah.

Craig (15:46.222)
Or vice versa, or vice versa.

Craig (15:55.854)
Yeah.

Rob (16:03.288)
I think still so far, we did release four original chess mechs and this week, as of listening now, right? The final two chess mechs were released. The queen, the killer queen and King Cruel. So yeah, really great art for the entire six piece chess mech set.

Craig (16:03.54)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Craig (16:08.842)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah.

Craig (16:16.834)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (16:23.98)
That's really cool. Yeah.

Craig (16:30.775)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (16:30.778)
And I should point out like Dylan works kind of hard on like the whole theming and let's call it marketing as well behind all of this. This is actually an extension of our scrap wars that we've done over the past couple of years. I don't think either of us have said scrap wars at all. And we read the blog and the blog does talk about it being scrap or scrap wars. So anyway, that's what the theme's been. The chess mechs are all out there.

Craig (16:37.174)
Mm-hmm. Yep. Yep.

Craig (16:44.28)
Yeah.

Craig (16:49.964)
No.

Craig (16:55.917)
Yes.

Rob (17:00.474)
Go ahead and get them. Once you get them, you do have the ability to rebuild them using cogs. You've rebuilt things through the redeem store. That would be maybe it's a frequently asked question from new players is, you know, how, do I do with these cogs? How do I rebuild a broken mech, for example? And, you know, every new player has the option of getting the spider bot, but the rest of them are available for purchase.

Craig (17:06.04)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (17:17.376)
Yes.

Mm-hmm.

Rob (17:29.346)
These will not be in the store beyond May 31st. Will they come back in the future? I do not know. We have placed most of the previous ones back in the store and the secret Z-Ops options as well. But yeah, I don't know. I don't know what the timing would be of that. So if you like these chess mechs, now's your chance.

Craig (17:33.237)
Who knows? Mm-hmm.

Craig (17:45.368)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (17:49.005)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (17:56.364)
Get them now, get them now, exactly. Mate, I've really enjoyed them too, and as you said, yeah, the artwork is phenomenal with them. And they are cheap to rebuild with cogs too. I think you said that last week. They are the cheapest rebuild, even cheaper than a spider bot. So yeah, wow, wow, wow. See, so I'm cheap, Rob, that's what you're saying. You're saying that I'm cheap, you know? Yeah, I know. We are, we're both cheap.

Rob (18:18.668)
well, it's me too. I mean, both of us are, you know, if it was only only the blue ones were cheap, then I would be saying you are cheap. Yeah, but it's the it's the throwaway chess pieces the pawn, right? That is, that's a low one. I believe it's three cogs. mean, three, three cogs are. Yeah, that's easy.

Craig (18:26.988)
This is true. This is true.

Craig (18:32.302)
Mm-hmm. Yes. Yeah. Yeah, this cheapest one Yeah, yeah three cogs Yeah, Rob you can get three cogs from a surprise wheel sometimes so, you know You can get a you get a mech from a surprise wheel using the three cogs. That's exactly what you can do All right, Rob. Meanwhile throughout the last week as well. We've had a The coexist t-shirt came out and the pack

Rob (18:47.927)
Mm hmm. It's true.

Craig (18:58.072)
came out for those people who are attending Morgantown, West Virginia for the Geo Woodstock events as well. We had a lot of good replies in regards to that, but some people, Rob, who aren't, can't make it, know, international people and players and stuff as well, they still like branding, they still like the coexist, they still wanted to purchase these things, just the t-shirts as well, for the purpose of having their own events or going to their own local geocaching events and going, look, I coexist and you

Rob (19:12.608)
Yep.

Craig (19:27.322)
Talk to me about how you can coexist as well. So what's happened with the coexist t-shirts?

Rob (19:33.956)
Well, you decided to jump right on it, didn't you? No, it's a great thing actually this time for you to jump in. You're the one who puts together most of our shirt signs and everything else that goes into our store that it's all printed by a third party. So we have added you have added the coexist shirt for everyone out there. We'll probably put out an actual social post about this and really promote it.

Craig (19:35.726)
You did.

Craig (19:48.611)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (19:55.606)
you

Mm-hmm.

Rob (20:03.834)
If you go into the online store, you type in co-exist, you should be able to find that shirt and get it ordered. Depending on where you live, may take longer to get there. Again, this is a third party, so this is not us shipping these out.

Craig (20:10.786)
They'll come up.

I've got it in three colors. Yes. True. Yes. No, no. And I did choose three different colors, Rob, as well. So you got a black, a shirt, a white shirt, and a green shirt. Now the white shirt has the green text on it, and the black and the green have the white on it as well. I just think they stand out more and they looked a lot better. I do like a black shirt, Rob, I'll be honest, you know, so.

Rob (20:27.939)
Oop.

Rob (20:37.839)
Yeah.

So do I. Yep.

Craig (20:41.484)
the black with the white, it does look good. So yeah, I've ordered myself the black with the white. So I enjoy that. That was really cool. So yeah, you go get them in the, they're in the online store as we speak. So also Rob, we're to talk about the flat scatter event that occurred last week. You know, there was a lot of, a lot of hype with the flat scatter event because it was brand new. The flat Aussie has never been scattered before and we've got the new badges, et cetera as well. But I've got to say this, Rob, and that is there's like,

Rob (20:47.138)
Nice.

Craig (21:09.74)
I looked at this, there's like 15 different flats and some of them haven't even never had a scatter event at all. So is the scatter events going to be monthly? Do you think there might be a scatter event every single month?

Rob (21:20.59)
You know what? That sounds like something that's pretty reasonable. If, you know, if they're 15, there's a whole lot of weird worldwide holidays out there in the world, aren't there? Everybody kind of notices, you know, that these things come out and sometimes they've got a theme and sometimes they don't. We've done a couple of co-scatter events where, you know, you've got a couple of them that are scattering at the same time.

Craig (21:25.517)
Yeah.

Craig (21:33.142)
There is.

Craig (21:40.845)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (21:46.295)
Mm-hmm.

Yeah. Yep.

Rob (21:49.83)
We do that just for fun. The nice part about these scatter events is that the overall badges for a line, those are available like over time. So I just got some in the previous event that I had missed prior because I just didn't have enough scatters that I'd picked up. So for those who didn't get any flat-OSC scatters, that's okay.

Craig (22:10.126)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (22:17.85)
The only one that you definitely miss out on is the specific badge that is for like that one time period. you know, I mean, this one, the holiday in quotes was made mate mate day. So was like, all right, all right, whatever. So when will the flat Aussie come out again, as far as scatter events go? Don't hold your breath because you'd have to hold it for quite a few months like

Craig (22:27.149)
Yes.

Craig (22:31.606)
Mm-hmm. Mate. My eight.

Craig (22:46.628)
Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Rob (22:46.86)
I'm gonna say more than six because we do try to cycle through as many as we can. But yeah, with 15 to choose from, yeah, there's only 12 months and 15 flats. yeah, stay tuned. I have a feeling there'll be another one that comes up, I don't know, before too long, but the first one or the previous one was May 8th. There's definitely gonna be one in June. I can tell you that much.

Craig (22:56.398)
Yeah. Yeah.

Craig (23:05.614)
Next month.

Craig (23:12.852)
Yeah, that's right. And on the positive side of this as well, Rob, and that is, there's always going to be, when they're flat scatters, they're always discounted. So there's always the buy two get one free discounts in the store too. So if you're looking at getting that flat disc golf or the flat cats, for instance, the flat Murray's, whatever you want, there's always going to be that discount whilst that is getting a scatter event too. So that's the time for you to get those as well.

Who knows Rob was coming up next month? Well, we kind of do but no one else anyway Speaking of which we're gonna we're gonna move on now to the question of the week Rob because then I'm hoping to get some time for the Little vague battle afterwards. You see that's what I'm doing this question of the week It came from a fellow Australian all the way down in Sydney Australia Phil photos his name is and he asked this Rob a personal tag still available and how can we get one if they are

Rob (23:53.908)
Ooh!

Rob (24:08.164)
Well, that's great question, Phil. Photos? Ooh, what are personal tags? Well, a personal tag is something kind of like a name tag. The way that we create them is a little dog tag, a metal dog tag shape. And each one of them is created with a specific design. And then there's a unique personal Munzee code that's on the back. So what is a personal Munzee?

Craig (24:10.104)
Well, firstly, firstly, what are our personal tags, Rob, if people don't know? Yeah.

Craig (24:20.108)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (24:26.253)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (24:37.206)
It's something that I will carry around on me and I have the ability to deploy that Munzee multiple times a day. I think it's like 10. And anyone within a mile is able to cap that. Now, you don't make copies of a personal Munzee and like, you know, put it out somewhere because it doesn't show up on the map. So the original intention and

Craig (24:40.418)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (24:48.43)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (25:00.716)
No. No.

Rob (25:05.79)
to my knowledge, the way that it still works and no one has come up with any other reason to use these is for events, know, that kind of thing. Some people may like put them on their car and that's perfectly fine. You know, you're at an event, you deploy that, then people who show up to the event, can cap it as well. So the owner and the capper split the number of points available from those personals. I think it's like 100 points.

Craig (25:13.41)
Yeah. Yep.

Craig (25:26.454)
Yeah.

Craig (25:30.744)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (25:35.386)
There are some people who have quite a few personals. And if you go to events with those people like Munzee Prof, then, you it may take you a bit of time to scan through those. have two personal books, the one that is from MHQ back in the day and the one that is from Space Coast. I'm currently working on those books and trying to get them to update properly. I tried it in Missouri, didn't work exactly like I wanted. I'm going to try it again in Geo Woodstock.

Craig (25:38.85)
Yeah.

Craig (25:46.339)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (25:50.668)
Mm-hmm.

Mm-hmm.

Craig (26:01.774)
Mm-hmm.

Rob (26:04.428)
If I can get it to all work properly, then I will probably be at the South Coast events in the UK with those books. So fingers crossed that that happens. The only way currently to get personals, fill photos, come back to me. This is the answer to your question after that ramble. No, they are not available publicly at the moment because we took over the shipping here.

Craig (26:13.058)
Mm-hmm. Yep.

Rob (26:33.1)
literally in my house and they're kind of a pain to ship and we just kind of did away with all of them for now. So I'm hoping to have the personal program and the premium personal program re-released, relaunched in July. I'm hoping to. Now there's a little bit of work that has to be done. This is my own project, so.

Craig (26:33.4)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (26:50.434)
Mm-hmm.

Craig (26:55.656)
wow. Wow.

Rob (27:03.002)
I'm saying I'm hoping to do it in July. That does not mean guaranteed. It is my hope. I know it is my hope. I am working to that end. So let's see what happens. Stay tuned. Thanks for the question Phil photos. Stay tuned.

Craig (27:06.153)
Yeah, that doesn't mean it's going to happen. No, no, no. If anyone knows you by now.

Craig (27:20.334)
Stay tuned, mate, there you go, stay tuned. Meanwhile, Rob, the tip of the week as well is, for me personally, I saw, I looked at the map last night, Rob, of Morgantown, West Virginia, thinking to myself, you because more than a week away. Now, everyone already knows that cards only last for seven days. So people place their cards normally seven, six, five, four, three days out from events. I get that.

But there's other things out there, Rob. They're called temporary virtuals and they're in different layer again. And you can place temporary virtuals up to 30 days. They've got a 30 day lifespan. Rob, I'm going to say this and that is get your temporary virtuals out. You've got 30 days to before the big events as well. So placing them early at big events, big upcoming events is going to be my tip of the week. I placed, I think four temporary virtuals at Woodstock and there's still plenty of room. There is plenty, plenty of room.

I won't be placing, no I will be placing some in South England when you're over there. It's okay, I understand. I know I'm gonna be climbing you anyway very soon. So, well, the leaderboard, the staff leaderboard and so yeah, I'll get that way too. So what do think about that tip Rob? Good tip? Yep.

Rob (28:15.598)
Hahaha

Rob (28:22.585)
There you go.

Rob (28:27.002)
I think that's a great tip. You get them out there early, you might get some extra caps from people that are traveling through before the event. If you put them out day of or a couple of days before, you'll have a chance of getting people after the event. But they'll last 30 days, so just keep that in mind.

Craig (28:34.644)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

Craig (28:39.79)
Mm-hmm.

That's right. 30 days. And for those big events, Rob, especially with big geocaching events, people get there like a week beforehand before the event and then literally just cap it out as well. And obviously geocache too. So Rob, we've got one minute now to be vague wars. What vague wars are you gonna have? You can start. What vague wars would you like? Hmm, let's see how vague you can be.

Rob (29:04.09)
I get being vague is is not always about the adventure. Sometimes it's more about the destination. That's how, you know, vagueness works for me, I think. So I'm just I'm just going straight there to the destination. That's it. That's how I roll.

Craig (29:17.134)
Craig (29:20.534)
Yeah. So you like that? Yeah. Wow. Wow, Rob. Well, I'll just say this, but you suck. You suck big time. I thought you were going to have a lot more information about something than anyone else, but no, no. Well, yeah. And you beat me to it, mate. You beat me to it.

Rob (29:29.825)
Ha

Rob (29:33.53)
no. Hey, well, sometimes I like to bounce from one subject to the other, to the other, to the other. We all know this. So earlier we were talking about those flat scatter events and how many of them there were. Well, I bounced to that right in the middle of everything else we were saying.

Craig (29:53.112)
Rob, you are the master of vagueness. are. I know I can't honestly, I can't. Rob, Rob, I'm going to go straight on Cup of Z now and just deploy in a couple of gardens. That's what I'll do instead.

Rob (29:54.746)
You cannot. You can't. You can't do it, can you? I saw you just like, whoa, that was like a lock up freeze. And you know what? Boom, boom, boom. It all just comes to me right when you said it. Let's do this.

Rob (30:13.91)
You I'll race you there. I will race you to the temporary deploy spots and geo Woodstock. See you there man. Let's do this.

Craig (30:16.266)
Very good. Rob, that ends another official Munzee podcast, mate.

Craig (30:40.75)
So keep scanning, keep discovering, keep that Munzey spirit alive. One, two, three, vagone, vagone.

Rob (30:48.147)
Monsignor of vagueness. Vague for the win.
